The City of Del Rey Oaks relies on residents to alert us to issues such as non-working streetlights, large potholes, or other concerns. Please visit this webpage to complete a Service Request form, to communicate any of your concerns to the Public Works Services Department. All inquiries will receive a response within one (1) business day.

In order to minimize the risk of discharging pollutants into the receiving waters of Monterey County, the County's Public Works Department regularly inspects, cleans, and maintains the storm drain systems within unincorporated areas of the County.

To report a non-urgent problem or submit a request for service, please contact Public Works by telephone at (831) 755-4800 (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm), or submit your request by email to [email protected]. Please include your name, address, and telephone number should you need to be contacted for additional information.
